Lets talk The Standards!

If you are between the ages 18-60 with no disabilities and the time to be working out for 45-mins, 5 days a week then you should be working towards the highest overall score you can in these STANDARDS. ___/100 points

There are 5 categories that we test in - Health, Cardio, Strength, Power, Calisthenics - each with 4 events.

Each of the events (20 total) value up to 5 points each - it is very possible that you receive 0 points in some events, we call this a training imbalance.

Log Book's training program is specifically designed to train you towards excelling in each of these categories and events.

This pdf has a sample score sheet from the last time I tested - please note I got 41/100 and it is VERY unlikely that anyone is able to receive a perfect score - but that is our goal. It also has some important information about testing the standards to ensure your best testing results.
